Creating a Culture of Diversity in Your Workplace

Workplace diversity stems from differences in race, gender, sexual orientation, religious beliefs, age, disabilities and behavioral health. An organization trying to build a culture of inclusivity should not stop with a single policy.

This course highlights challenges to upholding workplace diversity and ways agencies can overcome them. Factors such as strong leadership, good communication and ongoing training are key to your success. By completing this brief video training, employers can better identify the tools and focus they need to make team members feel understood and respected.

TargetSolutions’ HR catalog features workplace diversity training, which is available through the learning management system (LMS). The course, Workplace Diversity, covers how different cultures and backgrounds help bring unity and tolerance to the workplace or community. This training course has seven learning modules with a ten-question exam.
