Originally from North Carolina, Amy Cline moved to San Diego about six years ago on a whim. Looking for an opportunity where she could make a difference by giving back and helping first responders, she came across TargetSolutions.

After going through the interview process and feeling inspired by the company culture, Amy joined the TargetSolutions team as an Client Success Manager in April. She previously worked as a client success manager for a life insurance company where her daily interactions with clients has helped her with her transition into her new role in the public sector industry.

When asked how she felt about her experience so far, “Awesome! I’m recently new to the company and to the industry so there’s a lot to learn, but it feels great to be able to help first responders and to be part of a team that is so friendly and supportive.”

Kelly Chuckta joined the TargetSolutions team in August 2018 as an Account Manager focusing on implementation. After being raised in Orange County, CA, where she would meet her spouse, they made San Diego home.

Kelly worked in the grocery industry for 35 years and was a Store Director when she was ready for a change. After hearing so many wonderful things about TargetSolutions and receiving encouragement from Ashley Bennett, who is also an Account Manager with TargetSolutions, she excitedly applied for the opportunity to join the Client Success team.

“There’s a sign on our office door that reads, ‘Serving Heroes Every Day,’ and to have the opportunity to perform that service is really inspiring and very rewarding.” Her interactions with clients have been so positive and they have been so appreciative she knows that the work she is doing is important and is helping others.

Roger Garcia joined TargetSolutions as a Client Success Manager in November 2018. Originally from Guatemala, Roger moved to San Diego when he was 11 years old where he learned English and later attended community college where he studied hotel management. After working in the travel industry for 15 years, he began looking for a change, wanting an opportunity to do work that was meaningful and helped people.

One day, he received a message through LinkedIn about an opportunity to join TargetSolutions. After researching the company and going through the interview process, he knew it would be a perfect fit. He could see that the company is passionate about what they do and cares about their clients and wants their employees to succeed.

When asked how his experience has been so far, “It’s been great. To be able to service first responders is amazing. I truly feel that the work I’m doing is making a difference and helping others.”
